Administrative (project) employee Product Development

As an administrative (project) employee you work in the Product Development department, where you work on various projects. This means that you discuss projects regarding new (medical) products or changes to existing products with the Product Development department of our production locations abroad. You manage the following processes:

  • Have a ‘product sample’ made.
  • Preparing a price calculation.
  • Follow-up & evaluation of the technical documents & work instructions created by the production locations.
  • Following up on deadlines within the projects in close consultation with the Sales department.
  • Supervise the process from Product Development to Production, including Supply Chain, Logistics & Quality.

As an administrative employee, you work closely with various departments in Geleen, our production locations in Tunisia and North Macedonia and you have contact with our customers and suppliers. Additional duties in this role include:

  • Ensure that all technical documents such as reports, drawings and blueprints are collected and recorded in the document management system.
  • Inform employees in the organization of updated document versions.
  • Able to work independently.

Job requirements
For the position of administrative (project) employee we are looking for an assertive and enthusiastic professional with a real hands-on mentality. Affinity with medical devices, textile processing and knowledge of project planning are an advantage to qualify for this position. We also request:

  • At least an MBO education.
  • Preferably several years of experience in project planning or work preparation.
  • Good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
